Meet the Baker
Amy B.
Amy is a mother of two residing in Brooklyn, who has honed her baking skills as a self-taught baker. Her passion for baking began around 12 years ago, when she made her oldest daughter's first birthday cake. As a baker, she prioritizes taste, believing that desserts should not be overly sweet but should be absolutely delicious. In the words of Prue Leith, it should be "worth the calories."
She particularly enjoys decorating cakes, as it allows her to create an edible art piece, and she finds joy in being creative. She specializes in creating custom cakes, cupcakes, and decorated sugar cookies for any occasion.
In addition, she also makes macarons and classic cookies, and during the holiday season, she offers seasonal menu items. For her, a cake is a special item that deserves to look as good as it tastes.
