Meet the Baker
Theresa’s treasures is a small woman-owned baking business that started out during the pandemic.
"I am a school teacher so when the pandemic hit and I were forced to stay home I decided to create the pantry that I always wanted. In doing so I came across a recipe book of my mom who passed away in 2013, I started making some of the recipes and wanted to share them with others.I did a few barters with other women in small businesses and eventually made my dream come true of owning my own business. There are many challenges being a small business owner like getting my product out there, financials, and juggling my career with my passion. Long term goals would be to open a small shop consisting of an independent bookstore and cafe."
