Gillian, the founder of MOYU, was driven by a desire to bring the best of her hometown in Asia to the States. Her journey began with a search for a clean, fiber-rich, and satisfying snack to fuel her for an upcoming fitness competition. After failing to find what she was looking for, she took matters into her own hands and developed a revolutionary farm-to-cake baking process.
This process utilized Konjac, an ancient Asian root fiber renowned for its gut- and earth-friendly properties for over 2,000 years in her hometown. The result is MOYU, a truly unique snack that brings the best of Asia to the States while delivering on both taste and nutritional value.
